Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

At this time, we currently only ship within the UK and ROI.

All of our products are shipped from the UK via the Royal Mail or Evri. Current shipping times are 2-5 days (not including Sunday or Bank Holidays). 

Orders are usually processed within 48 hours of placing (not always including weekends). Please allow more time for custom prints and those whereby a 'proof' is sent. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email to confirm that it has been dispatched.

The shipping costs will be calculated at the basket.

International Shipping 

At this time, we currently only ship within the UK and ROI.

Refunds & Returns

We're a small business and everything is made to order, it therefore cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives faulty. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours, after this time, we may not be able to cancel the order. We can only process a claim from the original buyer. If your item is a gift, please speak with the person who made the original purchase.  

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We do also require photographic evidence clearly demonstrating the damage. You'll also be required to return your order to us, and we therefore recommend sending this via a tracked method of postage. If we do not receive your item, we're unable to refund you. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you order the wrong size, please ensure you refer to our size guide prior to ordering.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning faulty items and these costs are non-refundable.

Our shipping costs are also non-refundable if you return part/all of your order.

Refunds will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned. Refunds are made via your original payment method (please check with your card issuer for timescales).

If you receive a damaged/incorrect print, please contact us at hello@feelgoodprints.co.uk with the following information:

- Email address provided at purchase 
- Order number 
- Customer name
- Attach a photo
